If you plan to work at IU concessions, you must complete the required paperwork and training before you can work. IU concessions are managed by a company called Levy, which oversees the concessions operation.
Please review the items listed below and complete all requirements. Everyone who plans to work—including students—must complete the required paperwork.
Alcohol permits and alcohol training are valid for three years. However, all workers will still need to complete one short training video and one required document.
Students must be at least 16 years old at the time they work at the concession event and their paperwork is completed.

Our first IU Concession event it on August 15th. This Fall, we have concession stands at IU Soccer & IU Football. More details are available at parent meetings, or you are welcome to contact Beth Hoard directly at beth.hoard08@gmail.com or 812-606-0558.
The sign-ups will open on Sunday, August 2nd at 7:00 pm. Please keep in mind the following critical information:
All workers will need to complete paperwork for Levy (the concessions company). The information for this was sent out in a separate post.
All workers must be at least 16 years old. Please sign students up using their name, email, and phone number. We have to track students.
Please review the uniform rules. All workers are required to have non-slip shoes or wear non-slip bootie covers. NO sweat pants, basketball shorts, or leggings. Hats may or may not be available, you may wear your own.
When you sign up you are expected to work. If you sign up and do not show up or cancel just before an event, you create extra work and stress for leaders and put our ability to offer these opportunities at risk.
If you sign up and fail to work or cancel within a week of the event, your absence will be noted and one of the leaders will likely contact you. If this occurs 3 times for anyone, they will no longer be eligible to sign up for concessions fundraising due to the challenges that absences create for everyone in the group.
**Finally, we are required to submit the list of workers for each event 1 Week Prior to the event. Please plan to sign up early!**
